Swan is he worth it?

I have one spot in my midfield to upgrade. I have: GAJ, Boyd, Rocky, Thommo, Stanton & Macdonald. So I need to upgrade Macdonald to ? Is Swan the best choice or Watson or anyone else? Both these guys have injury concerns. Who will be rested for the finals? Any advice would be very much appreciated.
