how much money you have, how many trades left?

can you afford to downgrade one one of them and upgrade another.  Something like Smith > Gibson, Adams > Beams/premo?

How many trades left? And how many more upgrades do you need to make? If 8+ trades I would go Zaka to Beams

depends on your complete fwd line if those are your only two rooks, then zaka to beams is a good upgrade, if you have another rook upgrading him so you have 7 premium forwards (including zaka ) makes more sense. at least initially you can always upgrade zaka later but if you run out of trades better to be stuck with zaka than a playing rook each week.

Franklin, Martin, Sidebottom, Dangerfield, Zorko, Treloar, D.Smith (Milera, Zaharakis)

If you have the cash to go Milera to Beams instead of Treloar I would do Milera.  Bear in mind last week was Treloars first bad game. If you need Treloar to Beams take your pick out of either as both are at ceiling.  One will end up as your F9 though.
