Any Mid-Def coming through??

Are there any Mid-Def options likely to get games soon??
Any chance of Docherty getting a game with Adcock, Golby, Drummond and Hanley in the side??
Any news on Tim Golds (was GWS' first ever recruit, so must be decent) and Kurt Aylett (another one who GWS picked up early) ??

Yeah, Docherty the only one i can think of. But yeah, as you said with all those in the side, they can all play half-back/lockdown roles and docherty just wouldn't fit in. There's Luke Brown down at the crows but i doubt he'll get a chance this year, especially with the crows side this year. Shaw has taken up a spot in the 22. (crows supporter).
Not really any mid-defs. Just have to do without it.

Docherty will be hard pressed to get a ga me this year.

He'll get a couple if Drummo get's injured.

Tim Golds has a very young body which is unlikely to help his cause this season.
I asked his brother when he would get a game and he said he has no idea so I can't help you too much there.
I'd think Docherty will get a game sometime this season just because he was a reasonably high draft pick but it does look like it's going to be hard for him to break into the team.
I'm hoping Golds can get a game!
