Hey Holz,
Should I trade in Boyd this week or wait until next week and get Swan in?
Was thinking of getting rid of Pfeiffer/JMac for one of them.

Already traded Clarke > Shaw this week.

ouch thats a hard one, I would say you would want Swan, Ablett and Boyd in if you can, to me they are clearly the best 3 mids. The good news for you is you lnly have 4 mids so you can get both so whatever one you dont get now you can get later.  i looked at their upcoming draw and they both should score well, so really it doesnt matter which one you go. If you could only get 1 i would go swan but boyd is a little bit cheaper. They have similar BEs so i dont see that helping your decision.  I would pick up Swan next week just becasue I think he will go up slightly in price and Boyd may go down a tiny bit. But really it doesnt matter get both soon.

trading zaharakis out, and I have moved him into my midfield (via DPP)

should I trade in a mid/fwd like dangerfield, or trade in a better option who is a mid only

for example Zaha for Danger or Zaha for Priddis/Sloane

depends a little on structure but i would say unless you are getting a super premo like boyd or thompson get the DPP

nthing wrong wit that if you can afford cox than get him in. I like sam shaw as a rookie and gibson could be a great rookie downgrade. Your getting in swanny and he is the best in the comp in my opinion.

Since your a Roos supporter i thought i`d ask your opinion on whether you think Gibson will hold his place in the Roos lineup?

hmm thats a really hard one, from all reports he definately has the quality and he is a really big boided player and there is no reason he cant play out the season. I would be leaning towards him getting a real good go and if he peform is a decent shot to play alot of game. The problem is there are alot of roo mids, its going to come down to if he can step it up in the afl. richardson was in a simlar situation and he couldnt step it up, im going to bring in gibbo if he is named next week.

ok waters definitely keep him. Lewis i would have trade out last week but now you have to keep him.  First think i would do is drop zaharakis to dangerfield, saves you a donut and i think you get a slightly better player. Now sandi has to go and that a problem im struggling with but i think if you can afford it cox is the best option. Now horse could play and if he does than i would downgrade marty clarke to sam shaw. If Horse doesnt play its very risky but i would think about horse to gibson (but clarke to shaw is a much better trade).

It leaves you with 2 which isnt that bad for a MBR.

In which case I wait a week, and trade Horse this week. I'm still considering Priddis in though - do you not rate him? (my final mid spot is for Swan, ideally I'd like Watson in instead of Priddis, but I think the trade of is only a few points and the value really is huge - it'll allow me to finish off most of my team by end of byes, save trades, and then even side-ways Priddis later).
