For weeks now i've been boasting about having more trades than everyone here, but now i need to change that and bring in the premiums.

Who I want to upgrade/downgrade:
Coniglio , Bugg , D.Smith , Horsley

Who I want to get:
Swan , Watson , Carrazzo , Waters , Suckling , Sidebottom , Beams , Stevie J

I have 5 upgrades left to make assuming that I leave Roughead and Giles as my two rucks. I want to complete my team in this order: Midfield, Forwards, Backs, Rucks.

What i've been looking at
Rd 12: D.Smith and Bugg to rookies. (Leaves $400k in bank)
Rd 13: Horsley and Coniglio >> Swan and Watson ($0)

The big question is who are the rookies that i bring in??

Sorry for the long post but I needed to get everything written out. Help will be greatly appreciated, as these are the weeks/trades that will make or break by DT. :D

P.S. Do not ask about Blease or Goodes, I have answered those questions on my RMDT thread.

Sam Shaw is one i'm looking at, cheaper price, could slot into D9. Only problem is i have Tomlinson too who is doing bugger all, but hasn't made enough cash to be worth downgrading yet.

Crozier is at freo right?? They have the bye next week.. What's his position and price??

He'll be on the bubble though. My plan was only to make the two upgrades in rd 13, so i could still do that trade whilst getting another price rise from Devon Smith. :)

I started with Chapman. ;) Not many did though, i saw him as a safer option than Sidebottom, as he was a proven performer. :)

I think i'll get Sidebottom over Stevie J though, and Beams before both of them. :P

have you thought of trading out Devon smith, swap Roughy into the forward line and get a ruck/fwd dpp into your ruck? this will give you some good flexibility

That's an option, althought there aren't many great DPP ruck/fwds and it also means i have to upgrade in the rucks over the forwards. That makes it Cox vs Beams roughly, and i'd rather Beams.

If all goes to plan though, i'll have enough trades to make Roughy that Ruck/Fwd bench player for finals.

Get Beams and Sidey in..anyway Zaha out for 4-6 weeks due to his injury before the game....

Cox and Maric would be a good Combo, Maric hasn't lost a beat and his scores prove this. Cox is still pulling reasonable numbers however with the rise of Nic Nat this year has dropped Cox's scores slightly...
