Just heard a report of a sling tackle by him on Stewart,  Has anyone seen the incident and if so are we going to be flowered again with suspension. Do not have Fox so no coverage. Thank You

Yes watched the tackle. Fortunately for him Stewarts elbow was out which some what cushioned his fall and stopped his shoulder/head being buried into the turf. He got up a bit sore, no head injury at all. Was a sling. Common sense would say he shouldn't get any weeks, but being the MRP will probably be out for a maximum of one.

Nah he's fine. No injury to Stewart and his head didn't hit the ground. No chance of a suspension.

Contact with the face. I reckon he's gone for at least a week. Especially with his record.

All logic and common sense would say that it shouldn't even be looked at.... But, it's Buddy, and the MRP seem to target him. As soon as I saw it I called 1 week suspension given by those MRP co*%suckers.

I Haven't seen this video (cbs finding from link), but Buddy actually made contact with the guys shoulder and the impact made him look like he got hit in the face (assuming this is the video 10m out from goal). Another camera angle shows that. Don't think there was contact with the head...

Look from what i saw on the replay of it i think that because of buddys bad record he should get at most 1 week. If it is more than they have made there decision can't complain its the tribunals choice on what to give him and the hit on bartlett did look like it was buddys shoulder connecting to his face but in the replay you do see he hit his shoulder.

i have him, so i don't want him to go, but a sling tackle is a sling tackle, can't see him getting off, has a terrible record, the hit on the player in the other issue he might get away with that slid up off the shoulder saw it replayed during the game several times, still hit the face so who knows might go for that too, but that would be unlucky, see MUCH worse hits like that to the shoulders and chest every game, but his slid up, again incidental contact...

wait and see but a week wouldn't surprise me 2 would and 0 would.

there was nothing in it, but the MRP hates buddy so I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a week

I think he will be okay with the elbow to. Thankyou to the port player for not carrying on and going to ground because i think if he did it would be more likely to get weeks

His sling penalty will depend on the MRP's decision whether to punish the actual sling or the damage done. Damage not bad due to the elbow slipping out but the intention looks like 2 weeks.

there was nothing in the walker tackle and he got 2 weeks for much the same tackle. So just on that alone with his bad record 2 weeks and he can think himself lucky. Yes i have buddy and want none but just aint going to happen
