hows the "doubts" about swans hamstring now, was always coming back for this game and was always going to rip it to shreds.

Forget Swan, I've said it 100 times but I'll say it again BEAMS get on him. SUPERSTAR, if 2 points were goals 110+ in a half

Haha you guys are so cruel!!! Haven't we suffered enough! :P
No.

danger to cornes (doh), cornes to christensen, christensen to zaha... mummy to sandi, sandi injured so redden to hmac to set up rucks, then hmac goes down. That is 5 wasted trades, with 2 more needed to fix it up, meaning 5 rounds where I couldn't upgrade/downgrade with my 2 trades.

Not to mention trading in the duff as a unique because of his easy second half draw.

Then add or the other ones like fyfe, swan etc and mccarthy as a random out last week and my team is long gone...

2013 watch out! :D
Why did you trade Danger? He started ave but not bad at all. But to Cornes you have got to be joking right? That would have to be the worst trade ever. Would have been less embarrassing trading in a player with an LTI.
I feel sorry for Spite but i did worse with trading in Cornes last year. What Spite did was nothing. :P

Ehh I had my reasons, in short, danger had a less than impressive start, cornes had the greatest start, 35% of teams had danger, wanted to be different and hope danger faded as i was inside the top 2k. Also the extra 18k allowed me to get birchall in the backline so i did it. Bad decision but after missing curnow, libba and heppell along with fyfe, I didn't want to miss an end of round 2 train ever again.
Shocking reason Danger was still averaging 83 after the first 2 rounds and when you selected him you would have only been hoping for an 85 ave. I know thats all I was hoping for. You should have known Cornes was never ever going to keep up his first 2 round form. You may have got Birch but you ended your DT season after rd2

@Andrew, Christensen had back to back tons and was playing well. (even when he got injured he was on 69 with 5 mins to go in the 3rd, likely ton) You cannot tell me that you never considered him pre-season, he was on most peoples radar and he did look like he was hitting good form. Could not expect an injury to any player, midpricer or premium. (+stevie J hadn't exploded at this point and it looked like christo was getting more ball and could be a premium)

Danger scored 89 against GC, the ONLY team he dominated last season, so I thought he would score close to his ceiling. With a 78 against bulldogs (another weak team), he had not set the world on fire and he could have averaged 70's from here on end against good teams, I thought I would take a chance and be a little different. I would have thought cornes could average 80 too, after watching GWS in the first two weeks, they were pretty much passing to him at all costs but I didn't expect a 97 average from danger, I don't think anyone did, so I banked birchall. It didn't pay off, I lost, the end and as you rightfully said, ended my year in round 2. We move on. (But still tell others so that they may feel better about others misfortunes :P)

Hopefully next year it goes my way and 35% of people get it wrong :)

Ziplock

I did pretty much the same thing :P

But I think I was exhausted at the time... I thought danger was only averaging like high 60s from memory :S

anyway, cornes was a proven premium, whose scoring had depleted largely due to a role change at port.

I've made some shocking trades this season though lol.
