I moved on Magner, Smith and Kennedy a few rounds back and traded out Horsely this week (never had Pfeiffer).

I'd say those rookies who we all started with should just be moved on when a good option comes to make you good money and play you about the same amount of games and score about the same, if that makes sense.

You have done well to hold onto all of those guys so long.  They are all ready to be culled, so work out a Bye Strategy with upgrading and downgrading them and go from there.  So get rid of Smith and Kennedy this week - downgrade to a playing Rookie and then upgrade the other to a premium if cash allows.

Then as each rookies bye comes along, downgrade them to a rookie that has had their bye and use the cash on upgrades!
