Next week pre lockout - do bye players get locked?

There is a game next Thursday, so I'm assuming there will be a pre lockout, will players having the bye be locked out early?

It will be a massive advantage to see my openent and decide if I should do any more trades if they have less donuts than me.

How does it work? I think this is the first time there has been a Thursday night game in a multi bye round.

Is it true that he is reported? Could be without Chapman, Beams, Sidebottom, Franklin, Robbo and Stanton, Pendles and Marley missing from my midfield... massive FMDT if this is the case...
