hi mate can you check out my strategy here and give your thoughts , im only interested in league wins and im sitting in a position i need to win two of the three byes

i wasnt going to make a trade if horsely played but he has forced my hand since i have pendles , i have 12 trades , so horse to mitchell , i would have three donuts this week , if i also go spurr to nicholson i have 119k in bank and will only cop 2 donuts , if all stays the same next week ill only cop two as well , round 13 im looking at 4 so downgrade dickson or sexton and upgrade hall to premium fwd leaving 8 trades for the run home , only to injury trade , so my final proposed team is below , if i downgrade sexton R13  if he makes enough to get me someone i like as my 6th forward i will have 2 donuts in each of the rounds ahead of the pack id think
When gibbs makes enough coin and luck goes my way ill upgrade him to someone better

main worry is sharing morris and nicholson for 7th defender , will nicho have js , i could go enright but have no coin to upgrade hall round 13

first of all love this weeks trades i see another person is jumping on the grimes train. Your defense is looking good and covering 2 donuts so thats great work this week. I would have almost donw the exact same thing except i would have gone birch over suckers.

round 12: not a fan of yeo, maybee go for dalrey and shaw as downgrades. Your taking a little bit of a risk here and hoping rookies get games. So im not sure if you will be able to do these trades but if it works and rookies are playing they will be good moves.  Would you conisder trading out Jmac or D.Smith to Sexton this week you get one less donut this week but get it back round 13 but lets you go Morris/Ellis to Heppel or Waters round 13.

Than go ahead with the trades you propsed round 13. That way you end up with Sexton and Heppel over Yeo and Mcdonald.

If I do McDonald to Sexton and then Ellis to Heppell/Waters instead, it leaves me with about $20k for the next week meaning it'd be impossible to get Swan... The problem with a Darley type is that I can't get Deledio back to the backs... I don't really like Yeo either but I can't see another option :( Unless I bail on Swan which doesn't sound wise...

Spurr-->Bootsma
brings the donut count in this round from 7 to 4 and doesn`t cause anymore in the next 2 bye rounds.
Do you think it`s worth it especially Spurr-->Bootsma.
Also means i keep Scotland.

Not a fan of nicholson in my opinion you dont get a mid pricer at this stage you either get a premium or a rookie.  Going to a rookie is a little risky but could pay off, you could go spurr to bootsma and tank round 13. Or you could mcdonald to marley williams and spurr to Birchall.

I think if you want to win 2/3 maybee tank round 13 and win the other 2.

would go smith to chappy, porposie is up and down but he is unlikely to get rested. I would go sexton over williams its what i have done that is unless goign williams saves you a donut over going sexton.

im not a huge fan of williams but from what i hear he should play throughout the byes and if your happy with that do it. Horse to Sexton is a good trade as it keeps your strucutre the only thing im worried about with jmac to williams is do you already have lots of round 12 mids.

the first 2 are great.Last one im not so sure Spurr has to go 3 dockers got dropped this week and you would think duffman would come in before him so i cant see spurr playing round 13. Bootsma will likely play both games but i can only see you gaining 50 points a round and im not sure how long he will play for.

If doing that means you can get swan than go ahead, but if you dont need the cash and your not really going for overall maybee think of darley or sam shaw. But im not the biggest expect on carlton so im not that confident in bootsma

Yeah I got Darley in last week
I thought about holding until next week to get Sam Shaw but I don't think his JS is great unless he is covering a LTI.
Bootsma I figure will play until Carlton starts to get some players back from injury so at least the next 2 weeks then maybe another after the bye.

Which one out of old mac and d smith should I upgrade to Mitchell? Leaning towards Macdonald due to his failure to play strings of games.  I also have Zorko in the mids atm so the dpp link does nit need to be considered. Cheers
