I'm assuming you voted for Muqeem Cookie, as after your post he's one of 2 players (that aren't mine) that got votes....

People vote on what THEY think is the best. If this poll is about what YOU think is the best why not just have Cookie's U/23 squad?

Some people might think that 'reas' fielding is not acceptable and let the team down. That's a lot of dropped catches w/ the fielding changes. My guy, Rafiq has 2 levels of fielding, 1 level of power and 1 level of endo more. When Muqeem is getting tired cause he's older w/ less endo he'll be bowling shower. Less power for a fm/f = weakens their bowling.

Therefore a voter might think Muqeem shouldn't make the squad because his fielding isn't up to par, I thought you had a pretty high fielding requirement for your squad? Why is Muqeem all of a sudden the better player despite only reas fielding?

My player as I said has 2 fielding, 1 endo and 1 power... Muqeem just has 1 level better prims and exp... It's merely a personal choice over what someone rates more. Not an OMG HE IS SOOO MUCH BETTER THIS IS AN OUTRAGE ROARRRR

You are joking right nails? Fielding doesn't matter jack in comparing players unless there is a massive difference. The fact you vote for your own players in pretty much every poll is ridiculous. Sheriff isn't flash. Average experience at that age is yuck. Did you even look at the other nominees?
