I really hope Manchester United sign Lucas Moura from Brazil, he is 19 and is already dominating for Sao Paolo. Currently at the Olympics with Brazil squad. Some of his skills are absolutely amazing, and with Park gone to QPR, and Giggs and Scholes retiring soon, this guy is a future star of world football. Not a doubt in my mind.

Him and Shinji Kagawa through the CM in a couple of years when the old boys go, boy oh boy woweeeee

If you don't know exactly how good he is then look no further than this video

oh shiz yeah I felt like I was forgetting somebody, my bad! I shipped him out in Manager Mode so forgot about him hahahaha

fixed it now

how about take out Rafael, making it 3 defenders, add in Nani, and add in Chicarito instead of Welbeck?

Because playing 3 defenders is stupid. Plus Evra can't play CB. Nani is far too inconsistent and isn't a team player, and Welbeck has got a better partnership with Rooney than Hernandez. Hernandez and Nani are much better as impact players from the bench.

+1

Playing a 3-4-3 or a 3-5-2 or any formation with 3 at the back is asking for trouble (if you do it week-in week-out). Only works on FIFA if you are playing a crap side or just have an "easy" difficulty mode  ::)

Forgive me. I haven't looked too deeply into Man U or soccer tactics.

My thoughts were that if Evra can play LB, he can still play LCB seeing his is still on the left.
And i also thought that if you had a solid midfield and enough of them (which they do), then you could get away with 3 defenders?
I also think Nani is too good to use off the bench and that he should be shown for the whole match what he can do.
But yeah i will admit Hernandez is probably a better impact player off the bench; I also just don't rate Welbeck highly. good player, but if Rooney isn't in form or injured... ploop

But nevertheless, i trust you know better than me CF, especially when it comes to Old Trafford ;)

3-4-3 / 3-5-2 ewww :P

Though 3-5-2 is practically a 5-3-2 just people say 3-5-2 to sound cool :P

Also someone told me something about Carroll had almost signed a loan deal with West Ham? Can anyone confirm this?

My Chumps

I've heard that both clubs agreed on a 2 Million dollar season loan, but Carroll doesn't want to move...

I hope he stays  :(

Jukes

Loan deal very close to completion, with West Ham having the option of purchasing him for 17mil (half what Liverpool paid) on a permanent deal when the loan has run it's course is what I've heard.
