what are people actually doing?. not convinced on either but should get rid of kennedy

Fourth option: None.

That's what i'm doing. Holding my trades, there will be more options. I am getting every last cent out of my rookies.

Went bugg to darley. Not interested in sexton

its me lads

sorry, i forgot to add the option that i will be most likely doing, although kennedy is out for this week and he's round 11 bye so should i move him on?

+1
I'm glad someone posted this option as that's what I'm doing

Isn't waiting a week on both a viable option? The rookies you would be selling for them still have money to rise as well, so waiting the week shouldn't cost you more than $15-20k. For example: I've got are Marty Clarke and Devon Smith. Clarke's 74 breakeven but playing Gold Coast without Heath Shaw, and Smith has a 44 breakeven. Clarke scores an 85 and Smith a 60, meaning they'd go up $10k each and cover the price rise somewhat of the incoming cash cow.

Then you can bring in Sexton knowing he's been named for round 11 and Darley after his bye week for round 12.

Wise, or pull the trigger on Smith -> Sexton?

Unless you're not worried about the bye rounds, Kennedy misses next week with a bye as well so you might need to trade him. But then again, if you don't need the replacment to start in your forward line this week you could still wait until the bye week next week to do Kennedy -> Sexton.

Windigo

There might not be another option to get a round 13 bye round player.

Very handy to have.  ;)

Im not trading either.
Everyone is so worried about covering 1 donut for the byes, however you are stuck with a player who may not even get consistant games. I dont know if theyre solid picks or not, and only going on opinion from the talk on these forums, but its just too risky to trade in a rookie who doesnt have solid JS.

At the end of the day, the most likely outcome is that youre going to score an extra 50 points. Thats not worthy of the risk for me.
