Does J. Selwood have any upside?

I have somehow talked myself into picking Joel Selwood. But really, what upside can their possibly be? He put on some more muscle over summer but what if that makes him more susceptible to injury? His average of 103.7 in his third season seems like it will be matched but to me he doesn't have any upside. Or does he??

I swapped out Kane Cornes because of rumours about forward rotations but my gut says he could lift his average back to 07-08 levels especially if his brother plays more this year. Plus he hasn't missed a game in 5 years which is always nice in DT.

Selwood would probably be my captain pick (and a better one than Kornes) which is also significant. Other candidates in my team are Riewoldt, Goodes, Didak, Pav, Goddard, but obviously having a consistent mid as captain appeals.

hey my first post on fanfooty, nice
i came 116th last year, not sure whether that means i even have any pedigree or if my advice means shower, but anyway
i actually think selwood is quite cheap for what he brings, you are looking for a top 10 player and he is a reasonable price. He is in a team that racks up DT points, will be as good as last year and he does everything a big numbers DT player does, i am trying to find away to squeeze him in as my third or 4th mid premium, he is hard, plays all the games and is a future brownlow winner imo once gaz slows down
just my two cents
