Had the opportunity to speak to Taz today, who was quite convinced that Cloke will be at Melbourne next season. Not sure if he just wanted to stir the pot, but the way he said it, was just matter of fact.

I'm starting to think I want him to go. That way we don't have to deal with his dad anymore. Every time I hear about David Cloke says this or said that, I think to myself that Travis should tell his dad to bugger off. Seriously how old is Travis? It's like he's a little school kid who runs to his dad every time things don't go his way. Collingwood is bigger than him. It may hurt short term but the pies will survive.

Wish I did, I just get to speak to a few of the boys each year around this time because they visit my old school, so I usually kill two birds with one stone and say hello to the teachers and stick around the collingwood players :P They kind of just get thrown in with the small kids, so there is always one player who hangs around me to chat rather than be pestered by little kids :)

Jarryd Blair keeps improving, and Luke Ball is a top 50 AFL player and only Collingwood seem to know it.

Well summed up, very happy although we'll be probably be having the same discussion in 18 months time. Hopefully his market value is higher via the additional or a 2nd Premiership medal.

Beams won't be going anywhere, put down your glasses he is a lock.

Cloke remains the main worry with Ben Reid the other one. Bookends either end of the ground, both Premiership, All Australian players. I'll rest a bit easier if they can pull that off.
