Modric is not worth 50mil after a pretty horrible season by his standards..

I would only pay max 25mil for him.. Realistically worth only around 15mil now. Spurs should have sold him last summer

Don't think levy wants any less than 40m tbh. Chelsea don't need him, City don't need him and United wouldn't fork out 40m for one player.
