Just wondering if anyone is thinking of putting the big C on either of these 2 players

Both have been on fire lately, or will you be more conservative and choose another more tested premium like Pendlebury

go for it,,
     personally i dont see the upside, i.e. if u make sidey capt and he gets 120, thats great,but is it gunna be more than a proven  player will get(barely at best) and if he gets 90 and ablett gets 150.. you'll lose lots of places in the rankings.
  could just go deledio capt aswell,, but i just dont see the risk/reward being there to do it

well if risk is what u want ..
(stevie j vs gws)  (stanton vs mel) (cloke vs gc) (cox vs a non ruck brissy) (franklin vs north)  all would have atleast the same if not higher ceilings than beams or sidey ..   out of sidey or beams though i would go beams (he does have the higher ceiling)

I think both could be up for 130+, both in great form playing a very fantasy friendly game against a team that can leak big points. As you said it should make a lot of difference as you'd expect other popular choices to score well.

139 against the cats and 135 against the crows from Sidey isn't to bad for the last fortnight while many premiums have struggled to crack 110! Its all opinion obviously but I think saying that's as risky as Franklin, Cox or an inconsistent Stevie J is not given Sidey credit where credits due! I'm gonna go him this week and looking forward to a 300+ haha

Sidey is in immense form.  I wish I had taken a punt on him last week as I was thinking about it.  Was also thinking about Lids too but I was a person and went for Ablett.

With Ablett slightly underperforming atm & Swan out it does make captaincy selection interesting. I am leaning towards Stanton (DT) & Stevie J (SC). I am confident about Stevie J but a bit worried about a McKenzie tag on Stanton.
