Downgrade targets

Is anyone having trouble with there rookie bench cover. Unfortunately I have mcdonald who missed games through suspension and giving the younger kids a game and clay smith in the mids doing nothing. Treloar is good cover but will be rested from time to time and unfortunately I still have a hole in my fwd line.

So is it worth it trading either clay smith or A hole to sexton. I really know nothing about sexton but am in desperate need of a rookie with decent job security who may only make about 100k. I missed adams as I did a downgrade/upgrade that week instead of a dg/dg.

Its getting close to byes and i really need as many people playing as I can especially as I have an important match up in round 12.

As risky as it sounds I could downgrade mcdonald to sexton and then upgrade a hall to cloke (even though spudding it) he could prove to be great bench cover for the bye rounds even if he only scores a 50-60.

depends on your fwd and mid rooks if you have a dpp link it will help a lot with cover in byes and more so in later rounds.

do you have zorko, worth paying the extra if you don't.

Also depends on how many trades you have as to whether it is worth burning one on a rook thats made you nothing.

Thanks windigo. An alternative option could be bringing in a rookie and just hoping to hell they play a few games soon (thinking tom mitchell or someone at a similar price)

I already have zorko. A hole is aaron hall. That guy who hasnt played for weeks who I still havent traded out as Ive been strengthening other areas of my team.

After missing out on adams due to me upgrading I have been hanging out for a decent downgrade. Would be good to see clay smith and hall to play a tad more just to fatten up but cant see it happening.

Have to say Smith, not ever named
