Where to go from here?

Going steadily - ranked 6,954 and should make top 4 in all leagues. Was hoping on some thoughts on my team up to this point. Haven't put much focus on bye strategy because of the constant changes to my team. Hoping to ride it out and hopefully not lose too many points. I've been hurt often by injuries to the likes of Fyfe, Goodes and M Murphy which has ruined my plans and wasted trades.

My next step is to fill out my MIDs with probably Scotty Thompson after the round 11 bye and then someone else after that (hopefully Horse can keep M6 strong for a while).

I plan to offload Porpz at some point, however if he stays around the ~70-80 mark, I'm happy for now. Seems like I'm probably losing more points in the midfield playing JMac and Horse over a Stanton or Thompson.

Kennedy needs to be moved on for you. Maybe Kennedy -> Sexton to raise a bit of money and then hold until doing Horsely -> Swan after round 12..? Will need another downgrade to do that though. Cash in bank is crucial so you don't have your downgrades forced on you.

Ah, forgot to mention that the team above includes my trades for this round. I've gone:

M Clarke ---> Scotland
Coniglio ---> Mitchell

That used up pretty much all of my cash. Kennedy will go fairly soon, however haven't seen enough in Sexton to convince me holding off the double upgrade. With quite a few MID/FWD rookies, I have a bit of flexibility in where I can downgrade them; so it's not as if I'm only limited to FWD downgrades (ie Sexton) once, say, Devon Smith is ready to cull.

Hopefully the likes of Couch etc. pop up sooner rather than later, as I reckon Smith, JMac, Treloar are probably 2-4 weeks from maturing.

What about Hargrave and Lake? For the most part I've considered them keepers with averages in the mid-80s, but if one drops off... would it be worthwhile going for someone like Waters?
