my team is shower and i need help

Midfield - Pendlebury, Boyd, Mitchell, Horsley, Shiel, McDonald (Zorko, Magner)
Rucks - Sandilands, Giles (Redden, Stephenson)
Forwards - Sidebottom, Dangerfield, Robinson, Franklin, Whitecross, Martin, S.Johnson (Treloar, Rowe..)

Got 152K in the bank and 16 trades

Dont usually do these posting-my-whole-team things but im pretty clueless as to what to do..
Have an easy league-win coming up and dont care about bye structure because i have 2 easy wins from then on
How can i improve my midfield? I was thinking Bartel/Hayes? Or wait til my rookies in the mid are fully juicy and then trade them (for now get Deledio in the backline?)

Thoughts, any would be helpful

That's a fairly strong team all you are missing from the top teams is a deledio and an ablett
Get lids and darley for Magner and bugg
Then next week get ablett for jmac if possible with a downgrade hope this helps your teams solid!!

Agree very strong team, just need Deledio, Ablett,  Swan and Thompson/Stanton

is darley guaranteed a spot in GWS though every week? Since i already have Smedts in the backline and most of my backmen are notoriously injury prone would it be too risky to have Darley/Smedts covering?

Yeah your midfield is looking a tad weak. Definitely would be the first place to make upgrades. I just got in Darley this week, looks like a very good footballer, great downgrade options for the backs, also at this point of the season don't worry about mid prices, you always want to get in the premo's! Oh and, Y U NO HAVE DELEDIO!!?
