Would love to make this a weekly thing if enough people do it, keen to hear how you all went :)

Player and team scores seemed to have dropped off a bit this week, but not as much carnage unfolded in the way of big name players getting injured/reported which was good to see. Some below-par performances but also some standouts from unlikely sources, so you'd have to be happy with 2100 this week.... that is, unless you lost...

Overall Bad week.

Maybe downgrade Ellis to Darley.

Had Swan and Heppell on bench so didnt really have any better bench options to gain extra points. Maybe only Zorko over Adams but didnt trust Zorko after 1 game

Ended up on 2075, was on 2078 until Broughton gave away a free in the last minute.

Who didn't ? Hargrave, Dangerfield to a lesser extent Pendles, Broughton, Duffield. Cant be too unhappy with Horse cant realistically expect 100's every week but a little more would have been nice

Any potential trades this week? Looking at getting Beams in this week to all but finish my team off (Giles in the Ruck, and one Rookie in the Mid)

Treloar on the bench out scored all my mids Pendles, Boyd, Ablett, Mitchell. Horsley, McDonald. Cant win them all thou.
One of those round where a lot of those popular pick were a little down but not shockers, dont think the highly ranked teams will  score massiely

I was happy with all these scores.  I brought in Beams this week and he was simply amazing.  Sidey continues to shine.  Robbo bounced back after a bit of poor form with a cracking score and Lids has kept up his fantastic form this year.  Boyd did well also considering he doesn't usually score well against Geelong and Zorko junked it up in the last quarter to put me into an important lead.

Probably harsh on the rookies, but considering Horsley's form I would have probably expected a 70 at least.  Bugg has been good this season, but 44 for anyone is pretty poor.  I'm probably being harsh on Gaz too as we always expect so much from him, but against Port and at home I would have penciled in a 120+.  I brought Mitchell in a couple of weeks ago and I'm thinking it may have been a bad idea as he's averaged like 85 in the past two weeks, and that is awful for a guy that has the ability to average 110.  Watson has been in ripping form so I expected at least a ton, but it wasn't to be.  Pendles too has been immense lately, so I'm not too unhappy, considering my opponent had him as captain.

Who was your captain?

Went with Gazza this week.  He battled his way to a ton, but he was a little below par.  I wasn't brave enough to go with Beams, Sidey or Lids, but obviously I should have had faith in them as they ripped it up.  Still, Gazza's score certainly wasn't the worst one, especially with a lot of people going with players like Watson, Stanton and Pendles.

Chelskiman's Champ 2182 - 2128 Falcon Hell

Yes.  I had a good stroke of luck with Ziebell getting injured, and that all but sealed my victory.  Other than him having Ziebell he was by far my most challenging opponent, so very happy to still be alive.

Very good results this week.  I'm in two public leagues where the opponents aren't that good.  In my main league I came up against the league leader and, thanks to Clancee Pearce, I eventually ran out with a 50 point victory.

Actually have not thought about it yet to be honest.  I have a fairly easy game coming up this week, so I may hold my trades this week unless I can bring in a true premium.

yeah 2207, i went in ranked about 6000 from the last rounds score, my opponent went in ranked about 68000, and scored 2213 :)

i wasn't going to be there in the end anyway so good luck to you who are left :)

Won all 5 league matches and comfortably won my elim again.

Gonna probably do Morris->Darley and Milera->Sexton, not too sure though.
