What to do with Couch and Hall?

I'm concerned that Hall and Couch might hamstring my team later, but I have used a bunch of trades already so I'm not sure what to do with them. Thoughts?

Hall has become dead weight. I traded him today for Zorko, but seeing as you have him already I would save the trades unless you really need them
