apparently this was posted on the collingwood webiste, not sure how credible it is, i think they have no colue how long he will take much like ablett is a week to week thing, I traded him out but i have reversed it im taking the risk and hoping he plays round 11.

Spite

I will tell you...right before round 10. :)

I'm pretty confidant about this too, hopefully it is the case.

fertalong

the dttalk guys seem to believe that he will be back r10 as well. We'll just have to wait and see. I'm holding anyway.

McLeod_23

That would be great!!  ;)

Capper

They have GC and Mel in R10 and 11 both games in Melbourne. If he is back early he may play in the forward pocket

makita

Will be back round 13. There is no way Collingwood are going to rush him back early to play in 100 point wins against GC and Melbourne before their bye. Will give him an extended rest just to make sure. Gotta remember they sent this guy over seas mid season so will be in no rush if not 100% fit.

Plastic Boy

Doubt they'll risk him against GC and Melbourne

I feel a trip to Arizona is on the cards during this time leading into the bye in rd 12.

It's already been said over and over in the forums that there will be NO Arizona trip for any of them this year...

Well when you say the DT talk guys it was only Calvin that said r10, Roy said r11 and Warnie said r13 and was going to trade. But the boys talked him out of it. I assume Warndog was on his 3rd or 4th beer.

Colliwobblers

there is always talk, fact is we will know when the team runs onto the field on the week he is back :)

I reckon they would be insane to keep him out for 4 weeks, lose match fitness? no worse case scenario is he comes back in 10 and is subbed out.

Perfect scenario for them to give him two weeks off, play him, rest another week. Just feel 4 weeks is going to do more harm in terms of match fitness than the rest will do good???

just never know tho

Warnie didn't want to risk trading him, as he already did it with Ablett(Gaz to Swan), too risky to do it again, considering the result he had.
Maybe this rumor is true, but then i reckon he'll be back round 11, with rd 10 being his extra rest game.

disco1992

that would be perfect if he played against gcs and melbourne and got a 70 sub in the first game and a 120 in the second game!!
