When did DT start?

Just curious when DT started, I have searched quite a bit and can't find anything. Does anyone know?

It was first created by The Age newspaper in 1991 (before I was born  :o). The first official AFL Fantasy game from Virtualsports came in 2001/2002

If you have assist coach, they only show stats from 2004. So 2004.
