HAHA :P

Homestly I think he can...Also scoring Courtney Lee, a man who has had a better 3pt% than Allen over last few seasons will more than cover the loss. Also managed to resign another young gun in Jeff Green

<--- this guy is a star. Best on-ball defender in the league and also the best lock-down SG in the NBA

not long till the season starts now! Very keen :D Is anyone getting league pass?

Everyone thinks it will be a two-horse race between Miami and Lakers but dont count out OKC who are sure to improve and i seriously think they can beat L.A...I mean who's gonna stop Durant, and Nash sure as hell isnt guarding Westbrook :o IF Westbrook adapts to a pass-first strategy and GIVES DURANT THE BALL then i will back them in for another NBA Finals appearence.

And dont rule out Boston yet either (trying not to be bias here). We have a much improved roster with the likes of Green, Terry, Lee, Sulllinger, Milicic ( ;D ) who weren't there last year. Pierce showed signs of slowing so thats a worry (may even relinquish his starting spot to Green at some point) but KG still going strong and should make Sullinger and Melo better players. Its no secret that we will have to improve our offensive rebounding game in order to challenge for the title, but we'll see :)

te he i dunno about those boasts :P is it Avery Bradley? cos he has not improved in the shoulder department at all...

Bradley (shoulder) is "nowhere near ready" to participate in training camp, according to coach Doc Rivers, ESPN Boston reports.

Spin: "Not even close," Rivers said, regarding Bradley's status. "I don't like to put a time limit on injuries, but I don't think you'll see him before December -- and there's a chance it could be closer to January." This certainly sounds like a setback for the 21-year-old Bradley, as previous reports in July believed he would be ready for training camp. A long-term Bradley absence would mean increased fantasy value for Courtney Lee and Jason Terry, who are expected to play the bulk of the minutes alongside Rajon Rondo.

aside from Boston, won't be following to much of the Eastern Conference this year, too much of a 1-horse race (unless Brooklyn's bench unit gels or Boston improve their offensive rebounding)

agree, there are many good teams but none that can seriously challenge Miami apart from maybe Boston and Brooklyn.
