Injuries are starting to mount for the Magpies, with McEvoy, Kelly and Stanley out of Seoul's Best XV.

Devastating loss last week. The Magpies need wins, and they need a few of them

Chris Yarran gets another go in the middle, as does the inconsistent Harry O'Brien.  Bryce Gibbs gets another chance to prove himself, but is lucky given the unavailability of James Kelly and Liam Anthony. Coming in for the injured Kelly is Coniglio, who plays his first match since round 1. Despite average form, Hayden Ballantyne gets another go in the forward line, replacing the injured Rhys Stanley.

Deledio takes the captaincy, though expect Dangerfield to force his way into that position. I'm very aware that Seoul's 3 best players this year - Brett Deledio, Ryan Griffen and Patrick Dangerfield - were all traded in, along with Brent Renouf who is holding up the ruck for the injured McEvoy. The players traded out were Matt Kreuzer, Steele Sidebottom, Jack Trengove and Chris Knights. I think that has worked out pretty well.
