I'm serious of my four seasons of Dreamteam this year has been the best season for producing rookies in history. There's new rookie to trade in every single week. Everyone should have a team of premos by the end of this season :)

so true

Not to mention other guns coming through.. Eg. Clifton, Mitchell and Docherty, Patton etc... the list just drags on..

Spite

I think the year 2010 with barlow, dustin martin, trengove etc along with pods and rocky was the best year for rookies. I had a fully premo team that year by around round 11 with heaps more trades left than this year!

I agree with Spite.  This year, if you started with the right rookies..

eg. Giles, H Mac (yes, I'm including mid pricer's), Ebert, McCarthy, Bugg, Mcdonald, Shiel, Treloar, Lake, Hargrave, Maric, Horsely, ... you get the picture.

If you started with the right combination, you would have a ball-tearer of a team and an absolute stack of trades in the bank.  But with injuries (Fyfe etc) a lot of forced trades have been made early.

Like the AFL season this year, it has created a very even playing ground and blown up the cookie-cutter sides.
