Horsley can get the job done until Dane returns.

wether is 2-3 weeks is a huge deal, playing  jmac or zorko on the field i have no problem with a just dont want a round 11 donut.

Swan will be back round 13 i reckon.
He's missing round 9 and 10 vs the Crows and GC Suns. Then they have melbourne, they will probably be cautious and rest him, then he's got bye. That's 4 weeks out. I reckon trade him!! Then he will drop at least one round(13, possibly 14) and you can get him slightly cheaper. If you have less than 15 trades though, however i don't think its quite worth it. If you have Horsley to replace Swan and be your only mid rook on the field, its definitely not worth it though.

You nailed it, its round 11 that matters. Means you can only have 1 round 11 player to sit on the bench with Swan. It could well cost more trades keeping Swan and then trying to balance out round 11. Depending on your line. Green, Conigs, Shiel, Mcdonald in my mids, was looking to move 2 now have to move 3 if I want to hold #@$@%^$^#^

Good for me considering hes not in my team...

Yeah, will be copping some doughies if Swan doesn't play before the bye.  :(

I was thinking about getting him last week, but luckily i didn't.

I think if your fair dinkum to win the car then you will have to trade Swan.

If your not going overall then keep him.

I don't want anyone to quote me and say that's not true, but really it is true.

Master Q

Should read back but... Is everyone expect him to miss 3-4 weeks?

Yes Master Q we are...I think Collingwood would want him completely right before bringing him back on the park...doubt they would want him offline come September....

Looks like my team needs some fixing... Swan and Murphs on the pine is a lot of cash being wasted  :-\

Would be silly otherwise. 3 weeks out means 4 virtually.

too long out of the game for mine, he will play Vs Melbourne, that's where my money is. Keeping him either way but I am certain they won't want him sitting idle for 4 weeks just for unneccessary rest. 2 weeks off, 1 game, another week off thats more rest than anyone needs.

he isnt just resting for 2 weeks mate he is injured, and unless he is absolutely 100% fit they would be morons to play him against Melbourne with the bye the following week, and they won't after what happened to Luke Ball already ( came back on the field not close to 100% fit )

Shame he cant do any running while he's out, i suspect him being a bit overweight wen he gets back  :P
