I think if your fair dinkum to win the car then you will have to trade Swan.

If your not going overall then keep him.

I don't want anyone to quote me and say that's not true, but really it is true.

I was looking at the top 10 dream teams before last round and alot had Ablett in them. This means they would've had to have held him during his injury... Maybe if you've got good cover from your bench, trading him isn't in the best interests of overall rank?

For me, it's more and more looking like if J-Mac plays this week, I'll hold Swan. But more news would be nice.

Swan = 4 weeks.

Swan = 125+ average

Reserve = 80-90 average.

Difference at least 100 points. Minimum.

DT Gun

Keep trade that you would have used to trade swan

Upgrade player in bye not playing

100 points back and you still have swan

He's saying if you use the same trade to cover a donut in the bye, you make up the difference between playing your reserve for the next 4 weeks.

The top team in SC traded Ablett out ... i haven't checked if he traded him back in however.
If Swan doesn't fit you buy structure it may be worth trading him out now and getting him back in after the bye ... if you can actually afford the trades ... glad i never got Swan this year and went Pendles instead.

I personally think he will be back before the bye, based purely on Geoff Walsh sayi they would love swan and reid to play  before the bye. Regardless of if it is 2 or 4, I do not have enough trades  nor I am I close enough to be in contention for overall to bother trading him.
