rookie keepers?

I am looking at keeping D.Smith, A.Treloar, J.Giles (2nd ruck) D.Zorko, S.Docherty for now, am hoping that clifton and darley pop up right around byes ofr juicy downgrade options. Who are your potenial rookie keepers

On the field I'm keeping hopefully Giles, Bugg/Clarke, Treloar and Horsely/McDonald. Giles will avg 85, Bugg/Clarke 75, Treloar 80 and Horse/Mac 90, so I consider that very good for a last field player.

Ye good point, but at the same time you dont want to fall behind with upgrades ideally i only want giles on my field by seasons end

Clarke, Zorko andTreloar as reserves and Giles as 2nd Ruck, all the rest of my Rookies could go at the right price :P

Horsley is a great upgrade target come round 13 as it wont cost too much to upgrade him, would like to keep him but think he'll go at some point

But if I can get those players pumping out solid scores I can use that saved money to have a true premium that is averaging top few such as Murphy over an alright premium such as Gibbs.

If horse can keep a average 90+ average then i will keep him, along with giles.

Before this round, i was thinking bugg could be a keeper but not anymore.
Magner to Murphy next round :D Unless he gets another hard tag, but im not sure many teams will go the hard tag on Murphy each week.

Giles looks like a keeper.

Zorko not sure but will with me throughout bes, same as Doh

Treloar and Smith will probably get upgraded. Or Congs.

But congs looks like M8 material.

Was keen on keeping Bugg but I really don't need to. This looks like the best week to downgrade him but with Spurr the most realistic option... I just don't have confidence in his JS

I reckon they are more likely to now.  I think he's more dangerous than Judd, plus he got tagged out of the game and the Blues looked lost without him.  Most teams will look at what the Saints did Monday night.

and yes, as a last upgrade, i would get rid of him

if my other 5 mids are gaj, swan, pendles, stanton, boyd - i'd gladly trade him out for someone like a murphy/mitchell

not sure you'll need to, he is currently on 67 at HT with GAJ in the side and outscoring him by 4 points.... the kid looks pretty good to me
