I can afford to go burgoyne --> deledio - thats delicious 
But my plan was  to use my cash to upgrade my forwards

Current FWD: Beams, Robinson, Franklin, Dangerfield, Whitecross Adams Smedts (Saad, Kennedy)

Is my forward line good enough in order for me to put deledio in?

I believe that deledio is a must-have defender. However, when you upgrade to him depends on how strong your defenders are. Just by looking at your forwards, I reckon Burgoyne to deledio is a good move.
