looking at Ellis > Spurr to free up more cash and grab a premo mid next round

or grab a Dangerfield/Clancee/Zaha for Porps

what do you guys suggest?

Jay

Well first off great team mate! Keep an eye on the mcintosh & christensen injuries tho. Lets presume they are out for one...Christo is a keeper and u have cover so hold him! You'll cop a donut from H-Mac tho!!! What I suggest:

Redden-->Pattison (94k ruck/fwd)
Porps-->Roughead

Then move roughy to rucks to cover donut...then your rucks can be mac and giles until giles reaches his ceiling and by then he will be an easy swap to prem. And for whenever something goes wrong, you have roughy in your fwds as back up! if you dont like that idea then yeah ellis-->spurr is good :)

Hope I helped

Jay

H-MAC OUT FOR MONTH!!!!

If your going for league I highly recommend my above trades

If your going for overall h-mac has to go!

Your back line is set, Spurr just breaks your bye structure.  Don't touch it, until a R11 replacement (Darley, Docherty) comes along to trade Bugg.

Wait for Zorko/Sexton to come on bubble.

Despite earmarking himself as a chance to play, Hamish McIntosh is considered unlikely to recover in time from a knee injury to take on the Power.

When quizzed about the status of McIntosh on Wednesday, North Melbourne coach Brad Scott was pessimistic on the chances of the ruckman travelling to AAMI Stadium.

"We think it's probably going to be one to two (weeks), but he thinks he's a good chance this week," Scott said.

"We'll give him every chance but we certainly won't take any risks."

However, with McIntosh still in full recovery mode, a quicker than normal recuperation could see him named in the 22.

interesting story.. will miss a week i reckon. Don't mind taking a donut as I've had ruck issues aka Mummy/Sandi/HMac issues. So i don't wanna be stuffing around and trading HMAC unless its definite 4 weeka. I could grab Zorko now and hope he does a Puopolo like last year when i traded him in after 1 game and does well then grab my premo mid?

The Roughy trade is a boring one but probably a smart one. Any thoughts on Roughy getting a rest?

Yeah just take the donut.   I know this breaks a lot of rules, but personally I wouldn't be against taking Zorko early and doing an upgrade.

+1

HotTiges

where do you suggest i downgrade/upgrade??old mac? shiel? cogs?

charliesheen

#8
Shiel mate based on byes and BE, also don't grab another R11 forward like Danger.  I like Zaha personally, get rid of Kennedy.

Jay

HotTiges

so you guys reckon -

shiel > zorko

porps or kenndy > zaha?

charliesheen

Kennedy first.  Trades look good.  If Zorko breaks a leg, don't blame me :)

Jay

shiel-->zorko
porps-->zaha

HotTiges

hmm kennedy or porps.. trade kennedy then i'd consider porps a keeper as f7 and fwds finished

charliesheen

Keeping Porplyzia is a luxury, if you can without slowing down upgrades you should.  Kennedy does have a lower BE, but Porplyzia just needs to have one big game for big price hike.
