Concussion Rule - new proposal

Just heard in the news report the AFL is considering a 3 strike system.

Where if a player has 3 severe concussions they'll be forced to retire!

What players wouldn't be playing now if this was already the case?

At the ripe old age of 23, would Joel Selwood be forced to retire?
