Apparently anyway.. in a recent news article published on AFL.com

Notables:
* NORTH Melbourne ruckman Hamish McIntosh looks to have escaped serious injury after he was taken from the field following a knock to his right knee against the Western Bulldogs.

* Coach Brad Scott says he may only miss one week.

* "You would have to say he is doubtful for this week. It's an old injury, not a new one."

* McIntosh had his PCL removed in 2008 and then missed much of 2011 with an Achilles injury.

Macintosh also tweeted:

"Really flattening day, thanks for all the MSG, knee looks positive. Bounce back next week against the power."

Likely, that coach did say in the article that it probably looks like a 1-weeker.

I guess the point of my post was to let people know it wasn't a season-ender. So Goldy isn't the sure-thing selection for next round anymore.
