Trading Swan in this week over gaz

leaves my midfield looking like Swan, Pendlebury, Murphy, Boyd, Selwood, McDonald (Greene, Horsley)

gaz for me is still suspect not to play this week or have limited game time/impact over the coming weeks.

wouldnt take much at all for him to drop 100k from the price his at.

if everything goes well, i a couple of weeks gary will be somewhere around 500k and greene on my bench somewhere around 400. from there its a very simple upgrade to complete my midfield, leaving me with just about the best mids imo.

not expecting it to work that smoothly but thats the plan!

If trades arnt a concern and you have no intention of bringing him back then do it. If you think you will get him cheap and trade him back in then you might be riski. If he plays is swan going to score more? if he doesnt play whos his replacement on your bench if you dont trade. Or is there no back up.

the only downside i can see to that trade is the round 12 bye, Hardly any coaches will be taking a donut in there mids, so that could hurt you a bit but strong midfield
