In my second year of Supercoach and taking it more seriously this year, have a few questions.

I have 19 Trades left and $14,600

My team line up is

Def - Goddard, Deledio, Scotland, Shaw, Hargrave, Bugg, Morris (Mohr, Ellis)
Mid - Watson, Thompson, Boyd, Magner, Shiel, McDonald (Treloar, Smith)
Ruck- Sandilands, Roughead (Giles, Stephenson)
Fwd - Franklin, Chapman, Goodes, Martin, Pavlich, Porplyzia, Kennedy (Pfeiffer, Dickson)

I traded out GAJ when he was injured because i had only used one trade and would get him back eventually,

Option 1: Am thinking this week trade Goodes to Horsely to free up some cash, and trade kennedy to pattinson, so that i can have a Fwd/Ruck link and play giles, as i have all year, just made the Roughead trade last week to cover Sandi, then have him playing in my fowrard line. Then next week trade in two premiums once Magner and Shiel/Smith have got close to there max.

Option 2: Trade Kennedy to Pattinson or Horlsey/Adams then trade Goodes to a premium Fwd/Mid ?

Thoughts or any other options would be much appreciated, have no idea! Cheers

What's your plan to get Ablett back?

Goodes + $168400 = Ablett.  :o

Need to plan ahead a couple of weeks I think and maybe Porps or Giles will have to make way to free up some cash.

I was thinking next week i would get pendles in and see which prem forward i can afford.
In my scheme of things im really hoping GAJ doesnt come back for another two or so, but if he is back next week i would get him and then down grade the likes of Morris/Mohr/ellis/McDonald/Smith to free up some cash

Sounds logical but do your math!  ;)

taytehille

yeah i know, but im hoping that gaj is out for a a few more weeks, so i wouldnt know the maths, because breakevens will change !

Noz

Also thinking of doing the Goodes-Horsley trade to free up a bunch of cash then trade Magner to Pendles.
Leaving me with a bit of cash left over

I'm actually keeping Goodes...  ???

I'd love to keep Goodes, but the byes make it even tougher.

He could well come back after his bye given predictions of 4 - 6 weeks. Means he'll be causing problems for longer than expected given the timing of his bye. Can't see him being rushed back for one game if there is any doubt at all.

High BE seals the deal for me.

So it's Goode bye.

Likewise. And there is no guarantee that he will comeback and dominate straight away.

Without a super prem your midfield is a little week.

How about this for a suggestion and assuming Devon Smith but if Clay use Treloar.
Kennedy to Adams
Goodes to Pendles/Murphy or other mid prem.
