Mexico City have won 5 in a row. Can Cape Town stop this? With Star forward Adam Goodes injured, the door is ajar.

The Pacific Islanders have won against all odds, and sit 6th with a 4-2 record. They are a good chance of taking the injury ravaged New York Eagles and go 5-2.

1st v Last. The Reindeers are desperately unlucky not to have notched a win this year, and it just gets harder against the undefeated Pumas. The Pumas would not want to take this lightly though!

Dane Swan doing most of the heavy lifting for Buenos Aires, can Dublin find a player to match his influence?

Tokyo host Wellington in a must win match for the Samurai. Wellington have been in very consistent form, and Tokyo need to show they can beat the big teams.

Beijing v Toronto is a very interesting clash. Beijing continue to surprise, while Toronto hasn't lived up to expectations. Season defining!

Will Moscow make it 3 in a row? Cairo will try to stop it, but recent history says no.

New Delhi have lost 2 in a row, and are in danger of wasting there great start. But Berlin needs a win desperately after terrible form of late.

Can Seoul stop Brent Stanton? Stanton has been in stunning form for the Royals, and London look to consolidate.

Early team this week for me. Putting players on notice

D: B Deledio (c), C Yarran, J Gram, E Mackenzie

M: B Gibbs, R Griffen (vc), J Kelly, J Bolton

R: B Renouf

F: P Dangerfield, L Power, H Ballantyne, Alwyn Davey

I: L Anthony, T Scully

Emer1: J Steven
Emer2: C Dawes
Emer3: H O'Brien

In: C Yarran, E Mackenzie, A Davey, T Scully
Out: H O'Brien (omitted), N Maxwell (omitted), J Steven (omitted), R Stanley (omitted)

New: E Mackenzie (West Coast), Alwyn Davey (Essendon)

Throwing down the gauntlet. Barring no injury, will DROP 3 players that I felt let the team down. Losing to Moscow was a body blow, and there must be blood. Named Eric Mackenzie and Alwyn Davey for there debuts, while Jack Steven is unlucky to be dropped for Tom Scully, who I have a feeling will monster the Suns. Bryce Gibbs has not been doing the job as captain, Deledio will take over this week.

Not going to give the captaincy to Griffen who has notched up two 150's in a row? Or still angry about him going missing as captain against the Pumas that lost you the game?

Yes  >:( >:(

Boomz

Def: M Suckling, P Davis, J Carlisle, A Smith
Mids: L Shuey, K Jack, L Shiels, S Selwood(C)
Fwds: T Cloke(VC), R Henderson, L Dahlhaus, K Tippett
Ruck: A Cordy
Inter: L Parker, L Jetta
Emer1: H Hocking
Emer2: B Stratton
Emer3: T Mckenzie

OUT: H Hocking, McGlynn
IN: Cordy, Henderson

Hoping Smith & Cordy play so have them in for now. Hocking is the mid to miss out as I can't keep ignoring Jetta's form... McGlynn not doing enough for a senior player so has been dumped in favour of Henderson.  2-3 more changes I'm tempted to make but will hold off until teams.

Cookie Monster

Defenders: Robert Murphy, Andrew Mackie, Paul Bower, Joel Macdonald

Midfielders: Brent Stanton (C), Jarrad Mcveigh (VC), Stephen Hill, Brent Reilly

Ruck: Tom Bellchambers

Fowards: Ricky Pettard, Jeff Garlett, Luke Bruest, Chris Mayne

Int1: Cale Morton
Int2: Danyale Pearce

Emerg1: Matthew Broadbent
Emerg 2: James Mcdonald
Emerg 3: Michael Hurley

Putting Hurley as emergancie because he is a chance to play this week. Stanton who has been prolific gets the nod as captain again and Luke Bruest comes in for Pettard.

Happy with the start of my season, and hope it can continue this week.
