Upgrade Forward or Defender

Looking at upgrading a Forward or a Defender, not sure who to get. Would appreciate any suggestions.

The two highlighted are the ones I wish to trade out.

Trading out Kennedy would give me $470,600 to spend on a Forward
My Forward line is Franklin, Sidebottom, Dangerfield, Martin, Porplyzia, Treloar, smith, Adams and Kennedy.

Trading out Morris would give me $509,300 to spend on a Defender.
My Backline is Deledio, Goddard, Malceski, Bugg, Hargrave, Lake, Ellis, Mohr and Morris.

Can only do one trade, which one and who too??

Was looking at Stevie J or Heater. Not sure though
