So I am thinking of going the two obvious trades this week and bringing in Horsley and Adams.

My midfield is I am thinking of trading in Horsley and Adams and would love some feedback on what I should do.

My midfield is: S. Pendlebury, G. Ablett (inj), S. Mitchell, D. Thomas(inj), S. Selwood, J. Magner (J. McDonald, D. Shiel)

My forwards are: L. Franklin, D. Martin, S. Sidebottom, P. Dangerfield, D. Beams, A. Kennedy, D. Pfieffer (A.Hall, A. Treloar)

Trades left: 19

What do you think I should do? I was thinking of going Horsley for Magner and Adams for either Kennedy (whose B/E is just short of his average by 5 points and on recent form he won't get it) or Hall (who can't seem to get a game).

Should I trade in both and for who? Or should I do one trade or neither? Would love some feedback on this.

Can't do Hall/Kennedy as both in fwd line and Horsley is mid only.

Magner -> Horsley is the only option if you intent on getting Horsley (I would)
I hate trading before a player gets a couple of games into them, so I would go Kennedy for Adams, Hall isn't bad option, but I think Kennedy makes more sense. I would probably do this one too.

Do you have a mid/fwd DPP rook who you can swap with Kennedy to allow you Kennedy to Horsley. (Pfeiffer, Smith and Treloar spring to mind)

Adams certainly had a good start. But IMO if you can do the Beams trade that's the way I would go. Beams should get more midfield time with Ball out. If you can upgrade instead of downgrade then that's the way I would go. The main reason I'm considering both is I would like to build the warchest for future upgrades & they are good downgrade targets that will allow that in the coming weeks & may be upgradeable later in the year.
