Don't keep him. Think of the points your leaking with all that money sitting on bench for 6 weeks. Use a trade and patch up the hole left by Goodes.

i'm only going for leagues. have already used 5 trades, but have also got off to a pretty strong start to the season, so i can afford to wait for him to come back, it might cost me 2 or 3 out of 6 games, which i'm fine with because then he comes back and i'm the one with goodes and everyone else will have to kill 2 trades getting him out and then back in. plus the rookies i'd have to play are really not killing me points comparison wise at this stage.

also, if we're searching for a plus side to this injury, at least every thread on fan footy this week wont be about adams and horsley now.

keeping Goodes could be a great move..

today in the john longmire interview when asked about goodes, he said that Goodes has actually pulled up well with no pain and if he didnt have the scans that revealed the quad muscle he probably be playing..
so i got a good feeling that he will be back allot sooner then 6 weeks (thats just me)

ya got me thinkn fever....my next opponent is pretty weak! I've been madly researching how long a "TORN QUAD" takes to heal...goodes is a bit of a superman, i got a hunch it won't take anywhere near six
