Smartarse lol. Yeah I have Goodes, bloody annoying all the 'fantasy relevent' players getting injured. Should setup a 'mediocre' side at the start of the year and see how we'd be going now..

bottlemart

They say it's a hip flexor, maybe a couple of weeks.

Frozensage

roo boys!

I heard they were unsure until scans whether a hip flexor or abductor quad so either way looking at a couple of games.

hannebery2rohan

you know it's a shocking year for injuries when a player like goodes is going to sit out a couple of games because of one.

Donnie Brasco

Anybody know the latest...

Colty

The latest I heard is that it was a spasm and he could be available this week, the source is normally reliable.

ando_10

I can assure you so long as he is not risking further injury he will be travelling to Melbourne especially with Reid in the form he is in.

that would be very good news

can we extrapolate this to assume that if he doesn't come up then he'll only miss the one week?

i'm keeping him regardless fwiw (assuming it's no more than 6 weeks), but i'm only going for leagues.

jamez_1983

SEN just reported it is his left Quad and will be out for at least 6 weeks.
