Hey Guys,
3rd year doing SC and im very pretty happy with my team for this year so far, i know it has a few risky players, but you need them, and i think this team has really good potential if it can stay fit.

Yeah me niether mate, but he has been in the news here in WA saying he is more mature, and if u believe that, he will be a gun this year and should have no problem ave 100.  See how he goes

yeah its a good team
however gumbleton starting is risky
yeah he will play the majority of games as long as hes fit, but i dont think hes going to score much more than 40 or 50 on average.
although you might reckon downgrading some other top player might not be worth it since you would need to downgrade big time to trade gumbleton into a much higher scoring player.

I am the same with Kerr...Onsong he is devastating but I just don't know
I have since taken him out of my side

Very good side.  Same as the others with Kerr; had him in my side but he is out now and won't be back.

I'm going to get burnt for saying this but I'm off Rich.
No doubt he will keep getting better, but I don't think he will reach the heights of Palmer and Selwood that we have previously seen in first year players.
Having said that, options at his price are rare.
Maybe Andy Otten?

Know where you are coming from, Hawks_1976, I have gone off Rich too.  Put Power, Black, Johnstone back into the Lions midfield and suddenly Rich's game time has decreased significantly.  As you said unless you put say Ziebell in there rather than the forward line there are very few other top draft picks in that price bracket who will play.....

Whilst I have kept him for now, I have watched a few of the Lions games and I didn't go WOW

I thought I'd get hunted down and shot at for making comments about Rich.
The absolute footy nuts I socialise with were pencilling Rich in for Dream Team before last years' draft!
I was one of them. Then when he didn't go to Freo and slipped to pick 7, I thought $$, even cheaper!
But from what I've witnessed and looking at Vossy's intentions, I've jumped off the wagon.
The irony is that had he had gone pick 3 to Freo, he probably would have got much more TOG and we wouldn't be having this blog!!
