For those who weren't at/didn't see the Showdown, the Crows supporters continued their brilliant run of stupidity by proceeding to boo Schulz at the showdown when he was scratched in the eye by Doughty. They just assume when a player goes down he was playing for a free kick (it was so obvious he wasn't so don't even try that on). Well check out the photo. If your CEO had any respect, he should apologise on behalf of the club for their supporter's lack of respect and dignity. I was at the game and copped it for 10mins saying how soft he was, how pathetic we were for trying to claim a free for something so minor. The booing echoed for the 2 mins he was on the ground and then as ran off the ground.

If you booed at the game, you're a f**cking idiot.

heaps of supporters are like that. Freo + Carlton game I could hear sledging coming over the tv :P

CrowsFan

Harden up princess :P

Haha kidding. Didn't see the game so can't really comment on the situation ;)

Ahh the feral Freo fans.

Bringing wooden spoons to games late in 2010.

We have the courtesy to leave our three premierships at home can't they keep the only thing they've 'won' there too :P

Best thing is West Coast is again better than Freo after a blip in 2010 ;D

Seriously though I reckon its a small minority of piss-heads that represent the entire club and make it look embarrassingly arrogant :-\

When he first went down I thought he was playing it up. However once he stayed down and they showed the replays it was obvious he copped a poke/scratch to the eye.

I couldn't believe they kept booing when he was going off with a trainer! I'm all for booing at a game, but booing an injured player as he is going off the ground is pretty low!

Ziplock

it's a pretty bad eye gouged as well...

To be honest i thought Schulz was faking for a fifty too. but then he didn't get up. :-X

Don't wanna make excuses, coz the Crows won and i respect that. But i think that has cost us the game. We changed Danny Stewart to Rodan pre match for more run, but when Schulz went down we had too much run and no 'big' target up forward. Butcher and Westhoff are okay but both are still developing.

I dont like booing at all. What is the point of booing anyway, to put some one down. I was brought up on encouraging your team rather than booing the other team. Nothing puts off a player like cheering for the other team whilst they are having a shot on goal.

Why cant we just go out and enjoy every game and cheer on our team. If the other team get the ball or has a shot on goal, why not yell support for your team rather than sounding like a bunch of cows.

If the opposition takes a spectacular mark and kicks the goal, why do people boo this??? Sit back, relax and enjoy the trill of being there live to see that happen.

I know i will get booed for this and dont care at all.......

It happens to all teams, at many games.

Did you see Barry Hall's reception in 2010 at the SCG?

Capper

i know and its a pet hate of mine. Hall did heaps for the Swans and i hated it when people booed him

Dudge

Kharma hides round corners, and looks under rocks

I'm not talking about booing a player, I'm talking about booing an INJURED player.

And what the hell, my boos have gone up three since making this post? Pfft boo me all you want, at least I have ethics in some way, shape or form.

Well what would the Sydney crowd do if Hall did get injured?

It wouldn't of been pleasant.

Now that is poor form.
