For those who weren't at/didn't see the Showdown, the Crows supporters continued their brilliant run of stupidity by proceeding to boo Schulz at the showdown when he was scratched in the eye by Doughty. They just assume when a player goes down he was playing for a free kick (it was so obvious he wasn't so don't even try that on). Well check out the photo. If your CEO had any respect, he should apologise on behalf of the club for their supporter's lack of respect and dignity. I was at the game and copped it for 10mins saying how soft he was, how pathetic we were for trying to claim a free for something so minor. The booing echoed for the 2 mins he was on the ground and then as ran off the ground.

If you booed at the game, you're a f**cking idiot.
I guess I'm a f**cking idiot then  :-[

I was at the game and ashamedly booed with 41,000 others. In our defense, we booed because we were drawn into it. Drawn into it by the dramatics of Kane Cornes and his Logie award winning pleas for frees in this game and previous. Drawn into it by the saturation of years of Wanagneen's rubber man bending, head throwing back, oh look at me, pleas for frees. The boos came from prior, the boos came from an Adelaide crowd tired of seeing it lambasted to the them through an unsuccessful soccer season.

I apologise to Jay Schulz and the Port community. I wish you a speedy and full recovery. You were certainly the most influential Power player on the ground at the time and I hope to see you again play with the same intensity.

As for Crows upper management, meh! They are unable to do anything without the strings being pulled by Puppet Master Demetriou.

No one really knows what's happening anyway and just boo because a) it's cross town rival Port  and b) because they want to relive some the stress and excitement from watching the game, you just have to look at the Collingwood supporters  8)

Wow....

I was in the members area, and barely anyone around me was booing him. First time, it looked like he theatrically dove to the ground, but after numerous replays it was pretty obvious he was injured.

Every team has fans that are idiots and boo at anything, so don't think it's all the clubs supporters that do it, because it isn't.

The Port fan that got evicted on the other hand....

We were clearly in different areas of the members then because that's where I was. One person being evicted cannot be compared to thousands. I don't know what the evicted man did but I know what the thousands did and it was disrespectful. The point I made was I haven't been at a game where an injured player was booed off the ground.

there's worth things that go on at the sidelines of u10's local netball match..... Being a port fan doesnt mean you can complain about everything :P
