A Fyfe-less New York takes on Cape Town. The Eagles are in all sorts of troubles and need a victory here.

The Suns take on the winless Reindeers. The Reindeers have been unlucky, and it would take an almighty turn-around here.

Islanders take on the Destroyers, with both struggling teams coming away with a win last week.

Undefeated Pumas go back home to face the Samurai.

Buenos Aires and Beijing both need a victory, with Buenos Aires having the edge here.

Warriors look to bounce back from ANZAC round loss, facing off against the struggling Cairo.

Has New Delhi's bubble burst? Toronto thinks so.

The Russians face the Magpies in Moscow, fresh of there first victory.

Alarm bells are ringing for Berlin, and a victory over London is needed. History says otherwise!

Pumas Round 6 Team

Def - Fisher, Houli, Waters, Roberton
Mid - Cross, Hartlett, Sloane, Hannebery
Fwd - Roughead, Zaharakis, Porplyzia, Whitecross
Ruck - Jacobs
Int - Minson, Griffin

Emg - Wallis, Wright, Tape

Captain - Jarryd Roughead
Vice Captain - David Zaharakis

In - Dylan Roberton, Jason Porplyzia, Jon Griffin
Out - Zach Tuohy, Jarryd Blair, Mitch Wallis

A bit tough on Wallis after scoring 105 last week (and the week before), but I feel he will struggle against the Pies tomorrow night. Roberton gets his first run as a Puma down down back due to a lack of options, but I think he will do well anyway.

As you can see I'm going for the height advantage this week by bringing in Roberton and Griffin. Out of the 15 players 6 of them are 191cm or above, with 2 above 2 metres tall!

roo boys!

Toronto Wolves Round 6
Defenders: Jacob Surjan, Michael Jamison, Ted Richards, Michael Johnson
Midfielders: Scott Pendlebury, Sam Mitchell, Nathan van Berlo, Jack Ziebell
Ruck: Paddy Ryder
Forwards: Aaron Edwards, Jack Riewoldt, Angus Monfries, David Hale
Interchange: Clinton Jones, Ash McGrath

Emergencies: Sam Wright, Kieran Harper, Aaron Davey

   Captain:   Sam Mitchell
   Vice-Captain:   Scott Pendlebury

Number 1 draft pick Scott Pendlebury gets demoted to vice captain so I can give Sam Mitchell the captaincy. I believe Pendles is deserving of the captaincy and will probably kill the Dogs but I'm really hoping that he has a shocker so I can get him in soon in SC. So, it's hard when I want him to score poorly for SC but well because he's my WXV captain :P Mitchell hasn't been in the greatest form, but hopefully he pulls out a big one :D

Other than that an unchanged squad.

In: J Kelly

Out: T Scully

New: Nil

James Kelly makes a welcome return to the line-up. Left a big head-ache in terms of which midfielder to leave out. Unfortunately for $2m man Scully, the form of the other midfielders were simply better than him. The improvement of young Jack Steven has been a big surprise for the Seoul Magpies this year, and I can't drop him.

Scully will join Chris Dawes in Pyongyang to try and get some form to come back in. While Eric Mackenzie - named to make his debut last week before being a late withdrawal - will have to wait.

Bryce Gibbs named Captain. He has an easy AFL match against GWS, which should freshen him up for the Moscow match. With only Chris Yarran to return to the Magpies best XV, the squad is looking fairly settled.

Won't be able to check final teams tonight, so give permission to my assistant to make any changes as needed.
