Beams or Chapman?

What are peoples thoughts on trading Milera to Phieffer to bring in D.Beams for D. Smith?
The other 1-trade option I have is to trade in Chapman for D.smith. Also considering a sideways trade that would make beams affordable by going Cloke to Zaha, Smith to Beams.

I think Beams is the better option than Chapman obviously.
