What are you ranked and are you still going for overall?

Interested in gauging people's thoughts on whether they are still chasing overall or if they're now focussing on league. Reason I ask is usually I just go for league so I don't really know how far behind is too far for a crack at the car. I'm in a few cash leagues so I don't know if I should focus purely on league and save my trades or trade aggressively and go for a high ranking.

Feel free to brag or vent and let us know what you're ranked, how much money and trades you have left and if you're still going for overall.

I'm currently #1534, 498k in the bank and 21 trades left.

bye rounds will throw things into chaos, so as long as u are within 500 odd points of leaders come round 11, i think theres still a chance.. if u are in cash leagues then they should be your goal

lez didnt you join leagues that were going for league ranking? so u are know gunna give up on rank and focus on league, thats abit weak..

huh? I just had one bad week. I should bounce back with 2000 this week if all my players come back and I don't get 3 0's again.

I said I will have to give up believing that I will win the car. There is no way I can win it now. I will try and catch up as much as I can.

Yeah I've decided that I'll go for it till bye rounds and see where I'm at. The way I look at it too is if your team is high in the rankings chances are you are going to be scoring big points come finals time anyway.

The good news to come out of today is that selwood isn't suspended so the dilemma of whether to trade or keep him this week has been put to bed

Ranked 447 Chasing best position this year, like others have said bye rounds will be critical as well as teams resting players which i dont think we can underestimate. So Trade hard yet conservatively at the same time.

Ranked: 938 -> 519 points off top spot. My team is in a good position for byes. So i expect to make up a lot of points. Im still a chance.

Also in a $100 buy in league where there is a good spread of cash to be won, $600 league win, $200 or overall points, $200 runner up in GF, $100 minor premier and weekly top scores for round and year. Im bout 140 points behind overall leader (Ranked 230) in that league and clearly in 2nd and play him in r11 where he has not thought out the bye rounds real well as 12 r11 excluding rucks of which he has cox and giles. So i will overtake him and hopefully lots of other hacks that think you can wing it over the bye rounds.

about 10k, still going for overall, obviosuly going to be difficult to win but hopefully can get top 1k. league is a priority as well.

49th overall, looking at 2300 this week so should hold my spot in the top 50 :)
