Gibbs is my 6th Midfielder... and McDonald is on the bench.

If Gibbs is only getting 100 each week and McDonald is getting 85-90.

I can go Gibbs > Horsley, gives me 350k to upgrade around the ground and definitely make up at least 50 points. Gains me 35 points per week.

McDonald isn't a rookie... he's 35 and averaged 90+ 4 times in his career.
And there's no point having Gibbs when I could use the extra 350k more wisely to benefit my team. Also Gibbs isn't playing MID, even though he was supposed to have extra MID time this year. He's playing a loose man, which sounds good. But he's played 5 games and only scores 2 tonnes.
McDonald has gotten 98, 84, 90.
