magner might pump out a 100 score, so offloading him at this point in time i believe is a no no (and playing one short is no good)

it makes sense to go option 1, avoid 0's at if you can, and hmac is doing really well. he has avg'd 98 last 3 games and this week goldstein is out so he is going to tear it up.

i have had giles and hmac since start and have been very happy.

Yeah to keep your ranking you should avoid donuts. But what does that mean next week? You play Sandi/Hmac and Giles on bench?

I started with this combo and it has done very well for me. With sandi out this week I don't lose much at all by benching him and playing giles instead, I don't see what's so bad about this combinations at all. When 1 of the 3 misses as they will through the year inevitably, you have good quality cover.

I think youre better off with option 2 and putting O. Stephenson as emergency in case he ends up being named. Its what im doing.

Think long term mate. You will lose ground this week, but in the coming weeks you will make it up and have an extra trade to use for other more concerning issues. I tihnk in this circumstance the trade is way more valuable than the points...

Ward is looking great but not a top 10 midfielder so thats going to mean another trade, rocky would be the go if you went option 2. He is a star and will go close to a top 10 midfielder again this season.

If I go Stephenson > HMac I'll still have 73k left over mate!!
But I still think in the long run it's a lot better to have Rockliff/Ward instead of HMac... but how bad is Sandi's injury? how many games will he miss this year!  :-\

Long term benefit is a lot larger with the Magner > Rockliff/Ward trade. Because Rocky will beat Magner by 40-50 every week whereas HMac wins by 80-100 this week, but only 0-10 every other week. Eventually the Rocky trade will be more useful, especially when he pulls out the 150's.
Let's hope Magner & HMac do shower and Rocky kills it  ;)

rocky is the best choice, could have played it dirty and tried to sabotage you with trading out sandi than overtake you in the ranknigs but you cant go wrong with rocky, i wish i was able to get him in. I almost traded out Ablett for rocky that shows how much i rate him.
