Its about time!!

GOLD Coast rookie Kyal Horsley is on the verge of being elevated to the senior list and could make his AFL debut against North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

The Suns will lodge paperwork with the AFL today, elevating Horsley to the senior list, replacing Jarrod Harbrow who will be placed on the long term injury list.

Horsley, 24 years of age, has been dominant for the Suns' reserves in the opening round of the NEAFL this season.

Originally from Kalgoorlie City, Horsley won the 2011 Best & Fairest with WAFL club Subiaco and finished second in the Sandover Medal (WAFL’s MVP).

A long left foot kick, Horsley was the Suns' first selection in the 2012 Rookie Draft.

Shoosh Whato your giving me a headache  :-X     ...  McQualter has played at the highest level he knows what is required i expect these sorts of guys to play well in the reserves, has he got what it takes to play on the biggest stage again ? i guess that will depend on someone giving him another chance .. Horsley has experience through age yes
